By creating an account or using aynura, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

aynura is a personal relationship manager designed to help you remember important dates, store gift ideas, log gifts you've given, and receive gentle reminders. Some features, including AI-suggested gift ideas, may rely on third-party services and are subject to usage limits.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use aynura to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App without our permission.

5. Intellectual Property

aynura and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of aynura and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aynura and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aynura operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
